Cancellation & Refund Policy

PIYUSH EKLAVYA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

All coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed and coins are credited to your account, the purchase cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately before the payment is processed. Once the payment transaction is completed and coins are credited to your account, cancellation is not possible.

In the rare event of technical errors where purchased coins are not credited to your account despite successful payment, please report the same to our Customer Service team at support@karpilabs.com within 24 hours of the transaction. We will investigate and credit the coins to your account after verification.

As our AI-based resume creation service processes requests in real-time and consumes computational resources, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated content. Each chat interaction consumes coins which represent the computational cost incurred.

Unused coins in your account do not expire and can be used for future resume creation or editing sessions. However, these cannot be converted back to cash or transferred to another user.

In case of account termination or deletion, any remaining coin balance will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.

PIYUSH EKLAVYA is not responsible for any failures or delays caused by the payment gateway (Razorpay) or your bank. In such cases, please contact your bank or the payment gateway directly.
